Starting Slow is Better Than Never Starting At All

Sometimes we give up before even taking a chance.

Start slow when you think of a new idea. If you want to learn to play the piano, practice once a week. If you want to lose weight, go for a walk a couple of times a week. If you want to write a book, try writing two pages a week.
